Service Agreement

By booking a session with RPG Time, you agree to these terms of service. Our professional DM services are provided on a per-session basis, and payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to treat fellow players and the DM with respect. We maintain a safe, inclusive environment and have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the session without refund.

Intellectual Property

Custom campaigns and original content created by RPG Time remain the intellectual property of RPG Time. Players retain ownership of their character concepts and backstories.

Limitation of Liability

RPG Time provides entertainment services and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
